Jumbo World Map Mural

Our large dry-erase map is a fun, interactive way to learn about geography. 13' wide x 8' 8" high. Eight panels feature all the world's continents and oceans. Topographical design helps develop a physical sense of each region. Dry-erase surface means kids can mark places they've been or places they're learning about. Map panels can be arranged in three different configurations to emphasize desired area of the world; Asian, Continental or Americas. Each panel is numbered 1 thru 8; hang numbered map panels as shown in the 3 assembly charts (included). Internet only.

Very disappointed
June 13, 2013
I purchased this mural for my 10-year old step son and was very disappointed to find out at the time of delivery that this mural is glorified wall paper.
I am now going to need to hire someone to "hang" this mural in his room.

Not Easy
December 17, 2012
I was very disappointed in this product. From the start, it had a very strong vinyl smell to it-I had to air out the panels before I applied to the playroom wall. There were very scant directions. Contrary to its description, it was NOT easy to apply. Ungainly, none of the new wall decor easiness at all. In fact, it took my very handy husband and I two full afternoons to put it up. In the end, it looks lumpy and ungainly even though we repeated brushed and sponged as directed. We had to buy our own glue because they provided was not good enough. Overall, I was very unhappy with both the actual look of the map [not modern or up to pottery barn standards], the time consuming nature of the work, and the end product. And it was definitely NOT worth the high price.

A wower

Looks amazing once u get it up. Two people is a must. Does take a while to hang maybe 3-4 hours. I recommend purchasing the ready made glue recommended on the instructions. Then u don't have to worry about the consistency.

Make sure you fix the seams on the first day!
March 26, 2010
It was a bit difficult to install alone, however it looks pretty neat once it's up. The seams are difficult to perfect - and beware, if you wait until the day after installation to fix them...it doesn't work out as well.
