Okay, I do not usually write reviews on things I buy online, but these Roman shades are so fantastic, I wanted to share.
They are definitely worth the price (which almost kept me from buying them). They are very beautiful in my girls' bedroom and they are so easy to use. They just glide up and then you just pull them down. My 5-yr old knows how to open and close them without problem.
They also just look so nice in their room. They brought eveything together.
We bought the white ones and the blackout liner really keeps their room dark. They sleep in an hour to an hour and a half more every day. They used to be up as soon as the sun every day.
I recommend these shades as they are just fantastic. I am really thinking about upgrading the rest of the shades in our house to these tan ones.

nice but overpriced

The shades look nice but I ordered two and both were crooked at the bottom, they were longer on the left side. For the price I was not happy about that but we had already installed them and did not want to deal with hassel of getting replacements. The way the go up is prettty cool, I just wish the hem was not crooked.

Excellent Quality

These shades are of excellent quality and look beautiful combined with other PBK window treatements. The new design for the cordless roman shade is sturdy and easy to use.

Great Purchase

I was a little nervous about buying these, given the early reviews, and the fact I could not see them in the store; however they have been great. They are well made, and even though I bought the white, they block out a majority of the light. I have no problems with moving them up and down daily. Would buy these again and recommend them!

Nice function but didn't work for us.

Got these shades to cover 3 windows in my son's room as it gets direct morning sun. The shades were well made and looked great but, because we had to mount them outside the window, a lot of light came in on the sides and pretty much defeated the purpose. Because of the depth of the roller, the shade did not lay flat to the window and there was a big gap to let light in. They would be great if you can mount them inside the window frame. The mechanism that makes them go up and down is really amazing. It's too bad they didn't work for us because they would have been perfect!

Not what I expected....

This items wasn't what I expected. It was a lot "heavier" and cumbersome than I expected for a child's room. The cream color is not as pretty as the "pink" color showcased in the catalogue. I decided to return it and look for a better option. The spring mechanism is a little "stiff" for little fingers/hands to manipulate so I'm going to find another more suitable option. Sadly disapointed....

The navy shades are perfect in my 3 yr old son's room. Great look without the custom shade price. Love the easy up/down; functions like a roller shade. I've been telling all my friends about them.
