Cute teepee with some problems

I ordered this item for my son for Christmas on November 8th. When I ordered it there was a backorder date of November 28th which I was fine with. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until Jan. 2nd so not a great Christmas gift. The poles that hold it in place do not stay together and the teepee doesn't want to stand easily. It is a cute item and great in theory, but is poorly made and has structural problems. I am really, really disappointed.

Very poor quality

I purchased this product as a Christmas present for my kids. You can imagine my disappointment on Christmas eve when the poles did not fit together and the teepee would not stand. I certainly do not expect this type of quality from a product with the Pottery Barn name on it. To top it off the return was a hassle and the product is now on backlog for 5 months.

Excellent Quality

This was a gift for my children Christmas morning, and they were CRAZY about it. It made a cozy spot to read a favorite book and play with the classroom guinea pig that was visiting over the holidays.
It is a little difficult to assemble without more than one person, and my kids managed to knock it over several times - but they love it!
