Not as pictured

Just like a previous review stated, the puzzle I received was NOT the one pictured. I returned it to the store and the sales associate who helped me said she had not seen the one pictured online. I was very disappointed as we were going to use the one with all the characters as a decoration in my son's Star Wars themed room.

Not as pictured but great customer service

The puzzle pictured is exactly what my kids wanted (two sided, with multiple classic old-school star wars characters on each side, red and white tones on tin). However, the puzzle that arrived (3 times!) was different-- darth vader on one side, and a very feminine gold foil princess amidala on the other, blue and silver toned tin with darth on the top. Definitely Star Wars, just not really pictures we wanted to spend a lot of time putting together, and also one I've seen on the shelf at many retail discount stores. The pictured puzzle is elusive, I even ordered it three times trying to get them to ship the pictured one, but each time it was wrong. The upside is that Pottery Barn customer service has been outstanding, with their attempts to get the correct puzzle to me, and their willingness to have UPS pick up a return shipment of all the wrong items--will feel very confident ordering from PBK in the future.
