Disappointing, to say the least. The pictures make it look much bigger than it actually is. Looks more like a $5 gift than a $19 gift, and i wouldn't have bought it if i would have seen it true-to-life. waste of money.

This set is absolutely adorable, but definitely doll sized. I bought this for my 2 yr. old for Christmas and she loves it!

I got the purple owl set. It is cute, but a little smaller than I imagined. I also so the same set WITH a matching tin tray at another store for a cheaper price. So this is definately not a PB exclusive item. I impulsed buyed since I like purple owl stuff for my daughter and I should have shopped around more.

Cute product. Seems durable. Good for stocking stuffer. It is really small though - even though the product description clearly states the damentions- you don't realize how small it really is. Caught me by surprise.

Double check the dimensions before ordering this product. It should read "miniature" tea set. I wanted a tea set my 3yr old niece could actually use, but this set is actually more doll-sized than kid-sized.

Very cute tea set but too tiny. Small pieces like tea pot lid are not suitable for children under 3 years old and tea set is just too small for children over 3.

Super cute mini tea set!!

First of all yes this set is tiny, which I was expecting given the price and other reviews but it is actually smaller than I even pictured, but it is adorable and matches her room perfectly!! It will make a good stocking stuffer for my 2 year old!!

This is very cute...but it is very tiny.
According to the picture it looks larger? The pot is only about 2 1/2 inch. high The pattern is very pretty though. This is a Christmas present for my granddaughter.

I was so disappointed it was like two times smaller then described but my little one was so happy to see it and she played like two days a row with this that I couldn't send it back. It should be much cheaper.

Skip this tea set

I am totally disappointed in this tea set. I bought it in the store so I knew that it was small. My issue with it is the extremely STRONG metal smell that didn't dissipate even after washing and airing it out. The other issue that I have with it is the little handle on the lid of the teapot fell off within a day or so. (And no - it wasn't played with roughly).

I ordered this as a gift and was disappointed in the size, also what I received is labeled "mini tea set" which is a better description than "stackable tea set". I will not be giving as a gift and I hope my daughter likes it. Unfortunately for me it was a final sale or I would return it.

Small but very sweet

My daughter is almost 2 and she adores this tea set. She fell in love with it when we were shopping at a PBK store, and when we returned on a different day she was just as excited to play with it, so I bought it for her. She has had it for a couple weeks and plays with it almost every day. It is very, very small, as the other reviews mention - and it's unfortunate that the dimensions listed on the website are inaccurate. But I'm happy with the quality of the product and I don't regret the purchase.

I ordered this from online for my daughters first Easter basket. When I received it, it was smaller than shown and not the same paint quality as pictured on the website. It is still cute though and I'm sure she will like it. I will put it this way, if I had seen it in the store I wouldn't have bought it, not for $20 anyway.

My daughter loved this set!

I took my daughter to Pottery Barn Kids and they had this tea set on display. She was absolutely ecstatic when she saw it. She picked up a tea cup and began taking pretend sips. I personally loved that it was tiny because it fit perfectly in her little hands. She is 18 months and I like the fact that its not porceline or glass. Plus, plastic looks cheap. This product got a lot of bad reviews from
parents but if the children enjoy it, thats what really matters.

All I can say is my child loves it. Personally thought it was a little cheap, but better than the plastic ones at local stores. The cups and tea pot will bend/dent easily with normal play by little girls.

Adorable Tea Set

I really like the design and overall appearance of the tea set. Even though the tea set is described with dimensions, I was somewhat shock at truly how small it is. It would have been perfect at twice the size.

While I loved the idea of having a tiny tea set for my daughter, this one was way to small for her!
The top on the teapot - consider it instantly lost. And it would have been great had the metal saucers been magnetized to stay onto the cups. They are super, super tiny, and well, I wouldn't pay this much again for such a toy.
Bummer - the graphic design of each piece is precious.
