Soft but poor quality
July 26, 2012
Generally expected more from PBK especially given the price for this rug. It looked nice on day one, though the green color is definitely muted and really only looks off-white in our room.
BUT within days, there were loops easily coming loose in the rug and the shedding has been a nightmare. And as you vacuum more to get the fuzz out, more loops break loose and make the carpet look old and worn.
Other drawbacks? It shows stains too easily and the raised surface makes it hard for a toddler to use to build towers with blocks, etc.
It is soft though. But that's about it. Will think twice before buying another rug from PBK.

Plush and soft
February 26, 2012
I bought this rug in green for my daughters bedroom. The color happens to look great with her lilac walls, however, it does not go well with other green PBK items she has. This green is much more subdued than the other greens I've purchased from PBK. Otherwise it's a great rug. Very soft and plush. It feels great under your feet, and is a great place to play on. It does shed a little, but not as much as I expected... and most wool rugs do shed a bit. We've only had it a month, but so far we love it.
