Beautiful!
May 8, 2013
I love these curtains!! I bought them long to reach the floor, they are well made, the material is great, good quality cotton and when closed then definitely block out the light! I couldn't be happier, but they definitely have to be ironed prior to installing.

Great Product
April 8, 2013
These curtains are beautiful.
When closed, they are complete blackout as advertised.
We hung the curtains, then sprayed Downy Wrinkle Release on each ruffle and stretched each individually in order to get the wrinkles out. It worked great - probably took about 45 minutes total for two 96" panels.

Two different sizes
March 31, 2013
I ordered these curtains in the 84 inch. I spent HOURS ironing them to get the wrinkles out. When I finally put up the curtains they were two different sizes!! The packaging on both said 84 inch so somebody screwed up somewhere in the factory. I wasted my time ironing those stupid ruffles!!

Disaster
March 29, 2013
They looked good but the instructions said DRY CLEAN ONLY which we did and guess what the cotton frill shrunk 4 inches and now they look hideous.

Not Worth the Trouble
March 16, 2013
I too am disappointed in these panels. I expected to see wrinkles so I had purchased a 33 oz of Downy Wrinkle Release. I applied the Downy to the 1st panel, and went to the 2nd. When I was 3 ruffles up from the bottom, I discovered 3 black sharpie blotches on 2 of the ruffles. Madder beyond belief that I not only wasted my time, but all my Downy. On a plus side, PBK's Customer Service replaced the panel and replaced the cost of the Downy. It just isn't worth the trouble nor the price.

Miserable Product
March 16, 2013
I bought these to add a touch of feminine whimsy to my baby girl's nursery. They were a wrinkled mess when I took them out of the packaging so I had to have them professionally steam pressed & even then they STILL look messy.
Be sure that this is the look you are going for. To me it looks like a throw-up of frills...more than I had imagined, even for a baby girl.
Perhaps if the panels were longer so that there were still frills but less impact I might like it more.
I think it's best suited to a larger room where it will not be so overwhelming.

Cute, but...
March 8, 2013
The look really cute, but I had to spend $120 to get them professionally pressed. They looked like a cow had been chewing on them. No matter what I did, I could not get the wrinkles out.

Wrinkle release BEFORE you hang!
February 17, 2013
Beautiful curtains, look amazing against pink paint. Make sure you buy Downy wrinkle release and pull out wrinkle BEFORE you hang the curtains. Otherwise, they will lengthen and you will end up with them puddled on the floor. We had to re-hang because didn't do the wrinkle release step first. Love the curtains!!!! Perfect for our three 1/2 year old's big girl room.

Show stopper curtains

Purchased these curtains (in pink) a couple months ago. Get alot of compliments! It's very dramatic, yet simple and elegant. Love that the blackout really works. Matches the Hayley quilt set & sheets that I purchased too.

Just adorable!
February 3, 2013
Just got these hung and love them! I put them in my baby girls nursery. They complete her room along with the chandelier I got from pottery barn kids to put in there. As I said I have them hung and am trying to let some of the wrinkles fall out because they came extremely wrinkled but in some of the other reviews it says to iron which I might do but I am thinking I will probably just leave them hung and steam them. Ps the blackout is awesome and totally blacks out the room!

Beautiful, You don't have to iron!
January 11, 2013
I just hung these up and they are amazing! And the best part is they are wrinkle free after being in my closet for 2 months still in the packaging, with no ironing!
I read some reviews about how hard it was to get the wrinkles out and thought, uh oh. But I read the care instructions provided by PBK which said to hang the curtains and spray them with water or wrinkle releaser. IT WORKS. I bought some Downy wrinkle releaser and ended up cutting it in half with water because the smell was so strong. After hanging the curtains, spray each ruffle section and pull out the wrinkles. It took me 10 minutes per curtain do get these looking like I had spent hours ironing them.
These curtains really finished my nursery and they look great. So glad I got them.

Beautiful and Functional
December 12, 2012
I boght a set of these panels for my daughter's bedroom as we update her from her nursey to a "big girl" room. They are very high quality and absolutely perfect for a little girl who needs to block out light to get her beauty sleep. I see them staying up in her room as she gets older as the style seems very versatile. Glad I made the purchase!

worth the effort
December 11, 2012
Very happy with my ruffle blackout curtains. They were a bit pricy, but are great quality, and really add to a little girls room. They do darken her room, so she can sleep a little later each morning. Each panel took about an hour to iron, so that was a pain, but I feel well worth the effort.

cute curtains
December 2, 2012
These curtains look very cute in our nursery, however the fact that they come all folded up in the packaging was not so great! Took my husband 2 hours per curtain to iron out all the wrinkles! Other than that, we really like these.

WAY to much material!
December 2, 2012
I love the concept of these but the amount of material in just one panel is insane! I got these for my daughter's nursery, she has standard sized windows & ONE panel alone covered the entire window & then some. 2 panels was way too much, it didn't even look like I had them pulled back when I did. It took 2 hours to iron the wrinkles out of each as well. They are being returned.

Pretty Windows!
November 30, 2012
These are very pretty panels. I bought 4 panels for the two windows in my daughter's room. They are very good quality and well made however they are so full and heavy that they still take up a lot of the window area when drawn back. The ruffles need a really good iron as they looked like a crumpled mess on arrival! There was also a small stain on one of the panels but it sponged out without a problem. I would recommend them but be prepared for a lot of IRONING before you hang them.

Pretty and functional
November 1, 2012
Maybe I will get tired of the ruffles at some point several years from now, but in the meantime I love them, and I am grateful that the blackout lining truly works.
