Polka Dot Shades & Payton Base
Small polka dots in our favorite colors add sweet style to any lamp. The pastel dots are screen-printed for even tone and pattern on a backdrop of white cotton percale. Crafted of solid hardwood that's turned on a lathe. Features our exclusive Sun Valley finish. Hi/lo switch. Shade (sold separately) is made of cotton percale with a polyester lining. All our shades are designed with an UNO fitter for securing shade to base. Title 20 compliant lamps will be shipped to CA addresses. Learn more to understand product differences.

Purchased Bright Pink Shade

Others have commented on the variations in color, but we have the bed sheets in the bright pink dots as well. Both the sheets and shade seem to be the same shade of bright pink. Looks cute on the candlestick base we purchased for it...

Adorable for our girl's "big girl" room!

I ordered this for my 19 month old who is presently trying to transition her room from a nursery to a "big girl" bedroom. Her nursery was lavendar, so the lavendar shade was perfect! It goes well with the rattan hamper with lavendar mini dot liner and organic lavendar mini dot sheets. Be careful, this is a light lavender, not as dark as the regular lavendar mini dots sheets PBK offers. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is check the size, it is a large shade for a lamp you would use on a bedside table or dresser. Overall, very happy!

Does not match picture

I received this shade as a gift for my shower and then purchased another for myself. The 1st shade looked almost purple with the binding being a bright pink. The 2nd one came in more tonal and looked all pink. Neither matched the picture that is displayed online, the pink is much darker. I like the shade and have the harper bedding set for my daughter with the pink polka sheets and curtains. If you plan on getting 2 I would recommend ordering the shades together maybe this will help. I emailed customer service and I am asking for another shade. I should have read the reviews first b/c I see others have had this same issue

Shade color different than in picture

We ordered the dark pink polka dot shade to match the same curtains. The shade arrived looking almost purple, not pink. The border on the shade is almost the right color, but the color behind the dots doesn't match the curtains and I wouldn't even call it pink.

I had bought a silver PB lamp with blue shade years ago; now I am repurposing the base for my daughter's room and bought the purple shade to match the curtains. It is adorable and looks great on the silver base. The dots are perfect scale, not too tiny but not huge.

Durable & Cute

My toddler has managed to knock this lamp over multiple times, but it has withstand all possible injuries. The lampshade remains dent-free, and matches her other PBK furniture perfectly. The base is also a true color match to other Sun Valley finished wood products.

Great lamp, color not perfect

I purchased this lamp for my baby girl's nursery. I did not get my white furniture from PBK. I did purchase the Daisy Garden (pink) bedding and accessories. I love the lamp. It has two settings, which is great. My only complaint is that it's not a true white. It's a creamy, off-white. It doesn't match my white furniture as well as I would want it to. But, i kept it anyway.

I purchased just the shade. It didn't fit my lamp base. I called PBK & was told their shades only fit their bases. Not detered I found a new socket with a lip for this lamp base to sit on, rewired my lamp & got what I wanted. I wanted to share because of the miscommunication. If you love this lamp shade you can use any lamp base. Just in case I must mention to be sure you unplug the lamp base before rewiring!!!

purchased this lamp base to go with my daughters white pottery barn furniture. Looks great in the room - perfect addition to a little girls room. I didn't realize at first the lamp has 2 settings - high and low - bonus!
