Polka Dot Cariage

I saw the carriage online and bought it for my granddaughter for her birthday. The carriage was only hours old and the wheel fell off constantly and the rubber handle ripped. I was with her while she played with it so I know for a fact it was not abused. I sent it back and another carriage was sent as the company felt it was a defect. The second carriage arrived and was put together but not given to my granddaughter as she cried when the first one was returned. Again a wheel is coming off and the rubber already looks cracked - and was not played with!! It will be returned as well and another gift selected. Adorable to look at Poor quality !!! but the company was delightful to deal with!.

Sweetest little stroller around!!

My four year old received this pram for Christmas and it was one of her favorite gifts. She prefers it to her AG stroller and pushes her bitty baby around in her PBK pram! So sweet and big enough to fit a few babies. And love the extra storage underneath for diaper bag and blankets. Simply sweet.

poor quality

I saw the pram online and thought it was the cutest thing ever. It reminded me of my stroller when I was an infant. I read the reviews and saw a lot of negativity in regards to the quality and the wheels falling off. I decided to go against my better judgement and went ahead and purchased it for my daughter's 4th bday. As soon as I put the wheels on, they fell off as she started pushing. I tried everything to keep them on, but even when they snapped in, as soon as she'd push, they'd fall right off. She was so bummed out and lost interest. I purchased another thinking it may be a defected returned item and exchanged it for another. So far the wheels haven't fallen off, but I am still disappointed in the overall quality. It's very cheap and not sturdy at all. Even the fabric is not up to PBK standard. Worth no more than 30 bucks. It's cute, but expect cheap and light.

We got this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it. It's a great size. She's five and is quite tall for her age and most other doll strollers are far too small. This one is the perfect size for her. It's sturdy too. Great purchase!

Stroller fabric NOT washable

Initially I loved this stroller. Sturdy, built well, strollers over bumps great, etc. The big disappointment came when I tried to wash the fabric. First it was a leaky sippy cup with milk. Then I think it was the bunny that urinated in the stroller. Between the sour milk smell and urine it had to get washed, but there is no way to wash the fabric. This is a huge flaw in the design. Kids will put all sorts of things in the stroller and if the material is not washable, what are we to do??? Buy a new stroller each time the fabric gets soiled???

New manufacturer? Horrible quality

I bought this pram for my niece a year ago and it was great. I ordered another one for my daughter this year and it is awful. It's like a totally different stroller. Perhaps they changed manufacturers? It's incredibly chintzy and really should not cost more than $30. We ended up returning it.

Doll Pram

My grand daughter played with it for 1 day and then the wheel fell off. Unfortunately, it is back-ordered till 2/8/13 and she loves it so I will try one more. Very dissappointed with the quality, and if I could find something similar-I would buy it, and not get another pottery barn doll pram.

Poor quality

The stroller itself is cute, however the quality is really poor. it took 3 of these strollers to actually have all 4 working wheels (each one had 1 wheel that did not touch the ground and therefor didnt spin when my daughter was pushing it). This stroller is way to expensive-it should be $50 tops.

The quality is very poor. I never expected this quality from Pottery Barn. The pram is basically all plastic... Do not waste your money Even the wheels are plastic! I have seen much cheaper brands that are much better quality... Very very

I ordered this as a christmas gift for my daughter. It's a very cute stroller but the quality is not up to PBK standards at all. I'm very happy I purchased it on sale plus an additional percentage off, had I paid full price I would have sent it back.

terrible quality

putting the stroller together before Christmas and the back bar is welded on crooked so the back tire will not go on. having to return and find another cute stroller for my daughter for Christmas and hope it arrives in time. very frustrated with this. PB is supposed to be quality products. this item was absolutely not.

Will stand the test of time!

Three years ago, I purchased two of these strollers for my daughters, 2 and 4 years old at the time. They are still playing with them. The strollers are a bit shakey now because the girls are so hard on them but prior to this purchase, any other toy stroller I bought lasted a few months max. So yes I am very happy with the quality, and will be getting a third stroller this Christmas for my youngest daughter so she can have her own too. Thank you Pottery Barn!

My daughter loves her pram!! She pushes around her baby Lucy another favorite purchase of mine!! The pram is very well made a lot more roomier on the inside than I thought it would be. It is very easy for my 2 year old to maneuver around from place to place.

Polka Dot Doll stroller

I bought this stroller for my grandchildren to play with at my house since they have similar items at home. It was an instant hit. Love the rubber tires. They make it so easy to roll on all surfaces. The body is big enough to hold several dolls with storage underneath. It even is used as an extra crib for the dolls when we have a sleep over! Great value!

Great Pram and Customer Service

My daughter, Gwen, received this pram for her fourth birthday and LOVES it! It is so pretty and realistic she feels like it is a real pram and not a toy.
When I ordered it online I had updated my billing address thinking it would also update the shipping address to match, but it didn't. So when the gift was two days late and I rechecked the tracking info I realized it shipped to my old address. I called the customer service line and the person I spoke with was so nice and helpful and made sure we got a replacement at no cost even though it was my error.
Pottery Barn Kids has adorable merchandise and wonderful costumer service. Thanks!

Just gave my granddaughter the doll pram and she was driving it around with baby inside in minutes! Easy to pop wheels on and the handle is adjustable, a good thing since she is petite. Very pretty and well made, glad I bought it!

Please consider getting this for your daughter if you are shopping for a toy stroller.
My daughter loved this in the store and she loves it at home. She plays with it everyday and loves to place ALL of her dolls in the stroller at once.
The wheels are great for outside.
The only con is I don't know how to wash it.
