Yarn pulls all over rug

We have had this for about 5 months and are exchanging it for a new one. The pink part of the rug is fine but the yarn used in the white dots is unraveling and sticking out in probably 30% of all white dots. I love PBK and their great customer service and very much appreciate their immediate willingness to exchange. Although super cute, the quality of this rug is just a dud. Incidentally, this is the second time I'm returning this rug. The first time we got it there was a slice down the back as if someone used a box cutter a little to aggressively to open it. Again, no problems to return.

Too Many Pulls...

We loved the colors but like so many mentioned below reviews, ours arrived with pulls as well. We were also in a hurry and I'm regretting not calling PB right away and getting it exchanged/refunded. We've had it less than 2 months and I doubt it will make it much past the year. Really disappointing for how much we paid.

Great Rug!

This rug is so cute and goes with almost any decor that may already be present in your little girls room. This is our second rug from pottery barn and once again I am very impressed with it's quality! This one is definetely a winner!

Used only one week and lots of pulls!

We purchased this for my 3 year old daughters room. We are in the process of returning this item because it has has lots of pulls in only one week! Also, it is very linty like other users posted. I purchased an area rug for my son's room 4 years ago and it still looks like new. This one looked used in one week! Not worth the money and I totally didn't expect the lack of quality from pottery barn. The quality between this rug and the rug we purchased 4 years ago is not comparable. I am very disappointed!
FYI- pottery barn was very good to deal with for this return. They are sending packaging to return the item, no shipping cost and they will ship a new rug and not charge shipping.

the fibers break off and they are all over my house. we've vacuumed the rug almost every other day and three months later, i am still finding rug fibers all over the place. it gets in my dog's food and water, in my baby's fingers and toes, my clothes, everywhere!

Lots of pulls, expensive for the quality

We have bought many PB rugs. This one had pulls in the store display model, and I should have taken my cue from that, but I really needed a rug asap so I took my chances. The rug has been vacuumed 3 times and has several pulls already. I think I will just have to cut them as they appear. I don't think this rug will last too many years, but we'll see.

We just got this rug yesterday after weeks of debating which rug to get. I even looked at carpet stores and found nothing as nice as this rug. I love that PBK bedding, rugs, curtains, etc. can be interchanged so easily. I've been worried that I won't find bedding to match the rug when she goes into a big bed but I'm sure that won't be the case. I'm using nursery bedding I purchased in 2007 with this rug and it goes perfectly. I also have the light pink blackout curtains. It looks amazing! It feels so thick on our wood floors, we don't even need a pad and the rug backing is soft and won't scratch floors.

Great Quality Rug

I ordered the pink version and the color is beautiful, soft pink, just enough color. THe quality is great, thick enough and it doesn't really "shed". I would recommend to buy the anti-slip padding as it does travel on my hardwood floors without it.

Purchased this rug for our daugters nursery. The colors match perfectly with the Haily and Lilly nursery bedding (exact pink and green shades). The wool sheds a little when you first receive it but once you vacume there is no issue. Great quality fibers and thickness for the price. Absolutely gorgeous!!

I ordered this rug for my daughter's nursery. I was unsure of how well the colors would match my decor, but the website's colors were pretty true to life. It looks fantastic! I am very pleased. Now I just hope it survives my daughter!

Cute and Cosy Girls Rug

I wanted a high quality rug for my pre-school daughters room that pulled the colors in her room together, was fun and would grow with her. This rug was perfect for just that. I have not noticed any shedding as I read in previous reviews, but I do see some loops becoming undone since the two months we had it and that is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. I am hoping it is just initial wear. Ideally, I wish Pottery Barn Kids rugs were offered in a 4x6 size, but I went with the smaller size because the next size covered too much of her beautiful wood floors. I definitely recommend it, cute and cosy.

I WAS READING SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS AND MY RUG HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT. IT DIDN'T SHED, THERE WERE NO PICKS IN THE RUG ETC. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE THAT I MADE AND WOULD RECOMEND IT TO OTHERS. THE BEDDING I PURCHASED TO MATCH IS THE PENELOPE PATTERN.

Poorly made

I bought this rug for my daughter's nursery. I loved the colors and how soft it was! It looked so great in her nursery but after a few weeks of having it the rug started to show wear. We are not using the nursery at the time so it has gotten very little use but has several pulls. I have tucked the pulls back in only to find more a short time later. I will be returning this rug to the store and in search of one that is better made!

BEST RUG EVER!

I bought this rug for my baby girls room and it is the softest cutest rug ever! She has wood floors in there so we wanted to get a little plush in there and this was the best purchase we could have ever made...GREAT quality and we are going to buy another for our older girls room. This is worth the money and will last a long time! Oh, also I have to say that like 5 minutes after laying it down our little baby got Poo on it and it washed off quick and now you would not even be able to tell where that was....sorry for that bit of info but I thought you would want to know! :)

the cutest rug

I spent a lot of time trying to pick out a rug for our daughter's nursery and finally settled on this one because I love the colors and the polka dots. It really is adorable. The pastel colors are great. The rug is super soft. I have to agree with other reviewers that it does shed, little fibers that I find all over the upstairs (we have dark hardwood floors). I vacuum once per week but it could definitely use it more often. Something to think about.

Pink and Green Polka Dot Border Rug

I received this rug very quickly after I ordered it online. It came very nicely wrapped and I unrolled it and loved it. It is such a nice rug that will used in my daughters play area with her pottery barn pink kitchen. It is adorable. Love it.!
