Pink Superhero Costume
Every child dreams of being a superhero! We know how much use these costumes will get, so we craft them to our highest standards and load them with fun details. Sizes 3T, 4-6 years or 7-8 years. See size chart. Woven of 100% polyester and yarn dyed for vibrant, lasting color. Five-piece costume includes shirt, cape, mask, headband and wristbands. Stars are glow-in-the-dark. Undergarments not included. Personalization is available for an additional $7.00. Spot clean. Imported.

Super super heroine!

Bought blue for big brother & pink for little sister so they can play Super heroes together. Costume is not flimsy or "cheezy". Well-constructed of nice soft silk-like material. No scratchy factor here. Designed simple enough for 3 yr. old to put on herself but realistic enough to excite 6 yr. old big brother. All around very pleased with these costumes.

It's ok i guess

I bought this for my daughter and was so excited for it to come in. I clearly did not read the description well enough because I was disappointed that it did not come with the gold leggings really make the costume. I realize this was my fault so tried to be happy about having to go to another store and get some gold leggings. The other disappointment was the quality. The materials are really thin and the stitching is not great. We had to try in on my daughter to make sure that it fit and couldn't get it off for about 20 minutes but by that time it already had several snags in it. So much for them being able to get a lot of use out of it. I'm almost afraid it won't hold up to the 3 different halloween activities we have scheduled. On the bright side it is very cute!

While I would have liked for the costume to have been made of higher quality fabric, I do not see as many issues with the workmanship as the other reviewers mention. I did not have monogramming, and do not see any obvious defects or have loose threads.
I ordered size 4-6 for my 3 year old, and the shirt is quite roomy but definitely wearable. The headband and mask are both a little snug - I had my mother expand the elastic in the headband so it will be more comfortable. I don't expect that my 3 year old will leave the mask on for that long anyway, so that's not a big issue.
Overall, it's still super cute!

I was so excited when I saw this costume as my daughter is is having a superhero party for her birthday. I bought before the other reviews came out, had it sent to my dads in FL and sent to me in the UK. Such poor quality material and workmanship. There are strings hanging everywhere and badly sewn seams. Sizing seams to run small as well, as I ordered a 4-6 and my daughter is 3. Everything fits except for the headband and mask which are to small for her head.

I have to agree with the other reviews in regards to the poor quality of this costume:( I received the monogram shirt with the stitching badly frayed as well as a hole in the material. So much for the"Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment" message they include on the receipt.

I was amazed to find out the pants were not included! The quality is poor and the materials cheap. A waste of money! And now i need to find pants....

Expected Better for the Price

This costume is adorable, and my daughter loves it; however, the quality does not match the price. One of the seams on the head band came undone within the first day we had it. The material used for the shirt snags easily. I'm not sure that this costume will make it to Halloween.

Quality less than expected for price

Saw this online and thought it was so cute, but were disappointed in the quality for the price. I was surprised the pants pictured don't come with the costume, so this means we paid $67 (w/Monogramming) for a polyester shirt, a cape and some small accessories. Since the shirt is made of a thin, polyester-type material, the monogramming is a bit bunched up and my daughter's name is also crooked. Even the belt buckle is not symmetrical with one really rounded corner, and has threads coming out of it. Pretty disappointing given the price we paid, especially w/o pants included. We ended up having to buy a pair elsewhere for another $20+ which brings the total costume price closer to $90! I expect better quality from Pottery Barn Kids.
