I also found out after ordering the complete set that the train case does not match the others. It has a pinkish, tinge between the black and white in the design. I thought the colors somehow ran but I could not figure out how. I guess they did use different material batches.
I just received my second one and it had the same problem. I am going to return mine. I won't pay that much for something that doesn't match and I would rather pay a non-sale price and have it match.

Not What I Expected

I love Petunia Pickle Bottom. The easy grab handle and coated canvas exterior are evidence of great design. The size is ample enough to hold all of my toiletry needs for a week long trip. My disappointment is that I purchased this to be a set with the "matching" powder room bag. The fabric is the same pattern technically, but I believe they were produced in different fabric runs. The powder room bag is a crisp, vivid black and white print. The train case is muted and the white medallions are outlined in red. When held together, the difference in the fabrics is clearly evident. While both pieces are nice as a stand alone product, I would not recommend purchasing both to use as a set. They simply do not match.
