Gorgeous light

I love this light, it was smaller than I thought it would be, but it provides a lovely soft glow so it's not too much for the baby! I have it in a blue room (Peter rabbit blue) and it looks great but really provides a nice glow.

Plug does not swivel to fit outlets

My complaint is the same as below--the plug on this does not match with my horizontal outlets and there is no way to rotate it to fit, unless you want a sideways rabbit. The picture is cute, but I was also surprised that it's cardboard and not something more sturdy. Crazily overpriced--I registered for this, but felt bad that someone had to pay that much for this low-quality product. I will be returning it.

Cute, but major design flaw

I registered for this nightlight to go with our Peter Rabbit bedding, and it is very cute. However, I had to return it, because it will only fit if your electrical outlets are aligned vertically. If you have horizontal outlets (like every single outlet in my house), the bunny will be sideways when plugged in - not cute.
I thought I would exchange it for another PBK nightlight, but after going to the store and checking them out, it seems that all of them are designed to only fit in vertical outlets. If a plug-in grocery store air freshener can manage to have a plug that swivels to fit into both types of outlets, a $20 PBK nightlight really ought to be able to do the same.

Charming Decorative Nightlight

This is the sweetest image of Peter Rabbit around, and the nightlight looks exactly like the online image. It's mostly decorative, but absolutely functional, too.
The price is outrageous for a nightlight, especially one that is mostly lightweight cardboard, but what we're paying for is the endearing Peter Rabbit image.
The light is too bright to leave on all night in a bedroom, but it's appropriate for a hall bathroom. I haven't left it on for more than a few minutes, so I don't know if there's a problem with burning or fading of the cardboard. The on/off switch works fine, but it's louder than you'd expect, kind of like a light switch in an older house.

less than mediocre-quality nightlight

I was disappointed with the quality of this product. For a $20 nightlight from pottery barn, I expected something more sturdy than this. The nightlight is made of a light cardboard with a Peter Rabbit detail adhered to the front. It almost seems like there is a cardboard base with some sort of blue adhesive, then the Peter Rabbit decal. I don't foresee this item lasting long... as soon as my son gets his hands on it, it will either be ripped or bent beyond repair.

Our First Piece

I have been anxiously awaiting the birth of our firstborn and the return of anything Peter Rabbit to the Potterybarnkids collection. I am pleased that they provide such high quality goods. The product looks exeptionally well made and better in your hands. I am looking forward to seeing my child adore a classic figure that had enchanted my childhood.
