Poor Color and Quality

Was not khaki in color but GREY. Crinkled when I went to move it. Item is NOT as described and this was a gift.....an expensive waste of money.

This is not as shown - it is grey and white. Pottery Barn told me that they are aware of the problem and I returned it. I am very disappointed, I expected much more from Pottery Barn. PB - If you know the item does not arrive as advertised why are you still advertising it?

Disappointed, as this decal arrived in grey colors, not beige, brown like shown. The owl was missing some features, and branches and leaves didn't look the same. Personalization looked different than shown on the picture. The letters were further apart from each other. Had to call customer service and send it back.
