Pretty but flawed

I ordered this dainty, adorable bracelet for a friend's little girl for a special occasion. When it arrived the area around the inscribed name was scratched and scuffed. I immediately called customer service, they had UPS pick it up, and they issued a new one to be done with request for inspection before shipping it. I just received the new one, and they changed the inscription to all capitals (not just first letter capitalized as I had ordered it), and there were still scuff marks. I realized the machine they use to do the inscription probably causes the scuffs and scratches, but they need to figure out a better system or put a cloth between the machine and the bracelet, or something. I did call again to let them know the issues, and they offered to have me send it back and refund my money, but I am going to still give this gift as I am already overdue for the occasion. So, although it is a sweet bracelet, the inscription process is faulty as it ruins the product!
