Wood Finial & Hardware Set
Add a finishing touch to our curtain rods with these simple, round wooden finials. Finials are crafted of solid wood. Finial colors are not optic white but match up nicely to our furniture. While the description does say "not optic white but match up nicely to our furniture", I was still expecting them to be reasonably white. The finials I received couldn't be called white--they are cream. My husband painted them white, and they now serve my purpose...what a hassle!

I was disappointed with this hardware.
Two of the three wall brackets arrived scratched.
There was no way to adjust and secure the curtain rod without significantly scratching the rod in the process.
Also, this rod does not work well for the smaller end of the spectrum of window sizes it is advertised for, especially if that window is near a wall. My husband had to shorten and sand the rods himself so that the hardware would work for our window.

off white- not white

The white hardware are great and somewhat match the white cubby I have from PBK, but they are little more off white/yellow tint than I expected.

Wish I had read the reviews first

All other reviews are correct, white is not actually white so I'm returning them as they will not match anything in my daughter's room that IS actually white. The name of the color should be ivory. I hope the drapes I ordered are actually white. I liked them otherwise.

Great addition to boy room

Very easy and quick to install these curtain rods. The dark wood looks very rich and masculine for my sons room. I think they will last for several years.

ghastly white

Based on other customer reviews and the product description, I did not expect the white finials to be a true white. I was expecting the nice cream that Pottery Barn does so well. Instead they are a dingy white that looks almost green. I held a finial next to my daughter's white PB bed frame and the colors are not even close. I will be painting them.

White Not What You Would Think

If you plan to order the white be prepared to receive a cream. The wall brackets have an industrial feel, not what I was hoping for in a nursery. In addition, they apparently scratch easily, as ours arrived very scratched up.

White is not really white

I was disappointed when I opened these to find the finials a cream color and not white. I am going to paint them white to match my daughter's white furniture and blinds. Overall they are nice and I like them but if you are looking for white finials do not buy these.
