When I purchased this product the description stated the frames were included, which they are not. PB Kids has updated the description but I was disappointed that it was just the prints.
The prints, however, are very lovely.

These prints are cute and go with the bedding we purchased for my daughter's room. But it specifically says it's framed. I was skeptical given the price, but the description clearly says: "Hand-illustrated artwork is printed onto paper and framed." Sure enough, the prints show up as just a packet of 4 pieces of paper. I wish they had at least included the frames in "other products you might be interested in" as a clue...
