Its smaller than expected

I gave 3 stars only cuz its size. I know the dimensions were listed but it will not fit up to 3T as stated. I'd think maybe up to 2T if your child is normal to on the small side. Also on the down side is that the toddler beach wraps are way too big for 2T or 3T. PBK needs to make baby beach towels a little bigger and toddler beach towels a little smaller ;)
I still think its cute. It gets softer and thicker with wash which made me happier!
