Great for growing family

I bought the twin over twin set 4 years ago for my son. Since than my youngest moved to a big boy bed so we took the bunks apart. The rails for the top bunk are priceless on his bed. No worries at all.
Durable set my kids will have for many years to come.
Well worth every penny.

Perfect furniture for my boys

We bought 2 of this set a few years ago for our oldest 2 sons. We were so pleased with it, we just purchased a third set for our youngest. The quality is very nice and it looks great! The drawers on the dresser slide very easily, which I love. My only complaint is that the wood scratches easily (or that could, unfortunately, be the fault of our rowdy boys!) Regardless, this is nice furniture and I expect them all to be able to use this furniture for many years and hopefully even into college!

Twin over full bunk bed and dresser

The bed is well constructed and very solid - even for active climbers. Delivery was within parameters specified the night before.
With a normal (not overstuffed or pillowtop) mattress which was not purchased through PB on the lower bunk, your child may not have much headroom sitting up.
Dresser is also good quality. Kids can see into all the drawers to put clothes away/pick clothes out. Drawers slide in and out easily.
Very happy with both purchases.

Owned for 4 years...

We have owned the entire Kendall Collection for 4 years. Here are some of the things I have noticed... Once my son started dressing himself and pulling open the drawers on his own I the knobs started to strip. They would spin right off the drawer front. I was constantly tightening them to no avail. I finally called PBK and they sent replacement knobs. Meh. Not much better. But as time time has gone by and he has gotten older and a bit gentler on the knobs it seems to have worked itself out. The last thing I will mention is this: I would not recommend a box spring for the bed. I rushed out and bought a box spring and mattress set and once I had his bed set up it was literally the same height as the footboard. I did not like the look of it. The long and short of it is I took a huge loss on a brand new box spring as he has been sleeping with just a mattress on the frame. We also own the Camp Collection and I am much happier with this set.

We just received our Kendall bedroom set and it is lovely. We ordered this for my two year old son's room. The furniture looks great and it appears very durable and sturdy. He loves his new "big boy bed" and I love that the slat design of the frame allows us to use the mattress without the box spring so the bed is lower to the floor. I was hesitant to spend so much money on children's furniture but so far, it seems worth the price!

We love this purchase! The quality of the furniture is top notch. It is very durable and three year old boy proof!
I will continue to add all the pieces to of this set to my son room. In addition all of my future children sets will come from pottery barn kids. Not to mention my husband did not have to assemble anything!!

Great Big Boy Bedroom Set

Just got this set and love it. The low setting for the bed is perfect for a new "big boy bed" and the dresser is very nice. The furniture is very sturdy and looks great. Very happy with purchase.

I purchased the Kendall Twin Bed, chest of drawers and night stand for my 7 year old son's bedroom. I absolutely love the rich quality of this set. My son loves the comfort of the mattress and the bed. The pieces are very sturdy. After looking at large furniture stores in my area and being dissatisfied with the quality, I realized that you get what you pay for. I am ordering the desk set on my next payday.

Good Furniture For Children

Purchased the Kendall Bedroom Furniture for my son some time ago. The pieces are great quality. Love the Sun Valley Finish. The bed is great as the mattress can sit a bit lower when children are younger and then be raised a bit higher for a older look later on. Kendall Dresser holds alot of clothes.

Fantastic Bed, watch out for the color!

We ordered the Rustic Sun Valley Honey twin bed for my 3 yr old. While the craftsmanship is in line with the outstanding quality of PB, I wished we would have ordered the wood color samples before I placed the order. Rustic SV Honey is very orange in color. But overall we love how sturdy it is and I would recomend only using a mattress, as it would be extremely difficult for her to climb in with a boxspring. If it wasn't for the color I would have gave it 5 stars!

Great Bunk Bed

We bought the twin over full bunk bed and the dresser. We are still waiting for the desk which we will purchase in a few months when they are going to make it available. We surprised my son with it and he loves it too. Very sturdy. He already has had a few sleepovers and there is allot of room! The Honey Stain is great.

Love so much - I have two

I just bought my second Kendall Twin bed for my youngest son. My oldest also has one and it has worked out great. If you don't have boys you might not know they are a tough on things. They climb all over and under this bed. It has held up and I am pretty sure I will be able to pass the beds along to their kids.

Very solid bedroom set

I ordered this bedroom set for my 2 1/2 year old girl's first "big girl" bed. I was impressed with how solid and sturdy all the pieces are. The only thing to note is that the color states that it is white. However, it is not a bright white as I had wanted. It is more of a off white color. But it looks nice in the room and I am very pleased overall with the quality and value of the set.

Kendall Bedroom set

We just purchased the entire set in Rustic Sun Valley Honey. I love it. So well made and this stain is beautiful. I am so glad we went with this rather than the Espresso which my other son has. The Espresso stratches way too easy and this does not.

excellent furniture

All of the Kendall furniture I have bought is great (crib, twin bed, drawer chest, drawers, and nightstand). It is very sturdy and has held up well.
The drawers open and shut very easily on all pieces.
I purchased the furniture in white and the paint has held up well over the past 2 1/2 years as well.
