The moon is great! It is very large and pretty the glow is perfect, not too bright, darker and lighter spots, just like the real moon.
My ONLY complaint is that it takes a LOT of light to fully "charge" it during the day. My sons room isn't dark, but also isn't the brightest room ever. The natural light isn't enough, we have to leave the overhead light on for a few hours to get a good full glow.
Still totally worth it.
