Not as soft as other PB towels; Hood is too small

As noted by other reviewers, the hood on the towel is very small and not very proportionate to the rest of the towel. My daughter is 14 months and the hood is too small for her, so I'm not sure why the product description says it can fit up to 3T. The cotton is also pretty thin and not very soft (like other PB towels). I found it to be quite similar to other regular beach towels that can be purchased at the big box stores.

Too small

Bought this towel because my total purchase had to add up over 11 dollars in order to use a ten dollar gift card. Quality is ok not great but it's too tiny. I have a 9 month old and looks small on her.
