Great storage bins
January 21, 2013
I bought 1 of each size in clearance. The large one is huge. We use it to hold stuffed animals. I was not bothered by the frame inside the canvas as some other reviewers were.
The medium is a lot smaller, but still a good size. I use it for play food, aprons, and dishes. I like that the opening is big. My girls can dig in it when looking for something without dumping the whole bin.
My only complaint is that both bins came without assembly instructions. I figured it out, but a few lines of instruction would have saved me some time.
Overall I am really pleased with what I got for the price I paid, but would have been disappointed without the discounts.

Needs a bottom liner
August 4, 2012
I have purchase PBK storage baskets before and loved them! I wish the would bring back the old squared sabrina baskets, but sticking to the subject...
You used to get a covered liner, if you will, to put in the bottom of the baskets to put a layer between the frame and the stored item. Now you don't, and if you are using them for smaller items, or really an item, they will get wedged between the frame and fabric, potentially damaging the item, and make sliding them in or out difficult. I am wrestling with the large one I just ordered to the extent that while its perfect for my space, it's a hassel because of the bottom. For the price (not cheap), I may return it.
They also need a mid range basket. The large is huge, the medium more like a small, but again without a bottom liner, I question the investment.
