Mackenzie Retro Lunch Bags
Send your child to school with a healthy homemade meal packed neatly into one of our reusable lunch bags. They're easier to tote than plastic or metal lunchboxes and are designed to keep food fresher too. 8.5" wide x 5" deep x 8" high Shell is woven of tough 600-denier polyester with a moisture-resistant coating inside. Bright colors and fun flower prints makes these bags stand out. Insulated with a BPA-free liner, so it's safe for your kids. Designed to fit our Hot-Cold Food Storage Container and our Spencer Food Storage (both sold separately). Personalization is available for an additional $7.00. Great lunchbox

This lunch box is bright and cheerful and roomy. There is plenty of room for 4-5 food containers and a water bottle. The outside weems durable and it keeps the food cold with an icepack. I love it!

I order three of them, two pink and one blue with green. I really love them, they are not that small and they look that they will last for a long time. Very good quality

But the light color in the bottom is a big mistake, because we are in the third week of classes and it already a mess, a darker color will be better.
Adittionally it is not easy to attach this Retro Lunch bag to the rolling back pack. it just doesnt look good and even when I ajusted the straps it is always loose....I think that the perfect mach is the classic lunch bag.

Durable AND Washable

I have 2 kids and both have used these lunch boxes for several years now. I buy a new one each fall, but they do last a full 12 months (child care so no summer breaks). What I love about these is they are washable. I machine wash them about once a month. The lighter colors do show dirt and it's hard to remove it, but overall, I know they are clean. I just ordered the other lunch boxes to mix things up and was disappointed by the hard liner as I know those wont be washable.

I bought the chocolate and white polka dot for my girls. It's a great size for them to use. It is very spacious and can hold more than the other shape. Looks very cute attached to the backpack!

Cute lunch kit, but poor construction

My daughter was truly excited about this lunch kit...it was cute and had room for a good amount of food. Within the first month of using it, the strap unraveled and the seams at the zipper came apart. I contacted Pottery Barn, and they immediately sent a new one, no questions asked. The second one has held up much better, but there are some signs of wear at the seams.

Great buy on the Pink and Chocolate Daisy Lunch bag. Super cute and got it personalized. My daughter loves it. She picked it out herself and has the matching small backpack and toiletry bag for pencils for schools. Insultated and comes for a place inside to write their names. Very adorable.

Not as I expected

I bought the pink and brown dot retro lunch bag for my 6 year old daughter. She hasn't used it yet, but I thought it might be helpful to those of you who are thinking about purchasing it to know that the dots are actually white and NOT pink as I had assumed. Of course, as soon as I unpacked it I had to check the picture online and in fact, they could be white or pink. It is really hard to tell. Unfortunately, I made the purchase on sale and won't be able to return it. Otherwise, the quality is very nice and the size is good.

Super cute lunch bag, attached easy to backpack

I picked this lunch box versus the other style bc I thought it was cute. I liked how the hot/cold food container fits perfect in the top. I wished the front flap opening on the front stayed flush against the lunchbox. I dont like how is comes away from the front of the bag. Found that my girls could attach this to their backpack more easily than the other style. Good quality, we love it!

I got my 20 months old daughter the lavander dot lunch box since all her room is from PBK and same theme. I can only say it is super nice and simple. the monograme is also nice but i would have prefered if the name was bigger.
But still i love it and highly recommend.

Once I received the backpack, I was so impressed with the quality, that I purchased every matching piece in this collection...@ full price!! Worth every penny. I've purchased backpacks from other companies and have always been disappointed with the quality (zippers bust, rips in seems...) I'm so impressed with PB's quality that I will be buying my other daughter a full set next year! Thanks PB, keep up the quality!

This was actually smaller than I expected, which is a good thing- this will be great for my 5 year old and it actually can clip onto the outside of the backpack too if need be.

Super cute! Durable. Matches the rest of the gear. Has a separate area for thermos. I wish the thermos they sold was bigger to fit better in the designated spot, though.

The sewing on one of the corners is already loose upon arrival.
I was disappointed that it doesn't come with the hot/cold container and a thermos. I didn't read the product description, but saw the photo.

Great, except for the bottom

I bought 2 of these for my daughters and really like the patterns, colors and interior space. They have been using them since school began in the fall and they have held up nicely EXCEPT for the bottom of the lunch bag. I wish that PBK would have chosen darker colors for the bottom. It only took a few days for the bottom to look really dirty. Kids set their lunch bags down on tables, the ground, in the car, etc. and there is no practical way to keep the bottom clean but a darker color fabric or a pattern on the bottom would look better.
