Harper Blackout Panel
Grosgrain ribbon appliques give this design a tailored look. The panel features a blackout layer that's perfect for naptime. 44" wide; available in three lengths Pure cotton twill. Inaccurate measurements

I waited months for these panels because they were on back order. I was so excited to finally get them and sadly I have been nothing but disappointed. I have the yellow which I think is no longer available, but my disappointments are as follows:
1. the two ribbons on the front are very different colors
2. I washed and dried these exactly according to the directions and upon hanging them found them much shorter than the 96" I ordered. In fact one measures 91" while the other is 87". I'm going to have to pay extra to hem already pricey drapes??
3. The blackout panel and liner on one panel is longer than the front piece and hangs below. Going to have to hem those as well.

Bottom line- for the money I expected much better quality and AT LEAST the 96" that I ordered. I'm left with drapes that I have to alter and are not the floor length that I planned. I will note that the current harper panels say "dry clean only" so maybe they have realized and rectified this problem.

Great for the nursery

Even in white this really does keep out the light and looks adorable with the nursery bedding we ordered. Great buy!

Length is NOT accurate

I ordered these in 84" for our daughter's nursery. I washed them precisely according to the instructions on the label, and when I went to hang them, they measured 81 3/4 inches! I returned them and had to order the 96" ones, which I did not wash or dry clean before measuring, and they were only 93 1/2 inches! Please be aware when purchasing that these are NOT the accurate measurements. I now have to pay $60 to get the already-pricey "96" (93 1/2") ones hemmed by a tailor because I need 84" curtains. Very disappointed in the blatant misrepresentation of the length.

We just received the Harper Blackout Panels we had ordered over a month ago and they are beautiful! They look very classic and modern and do a perfect job of blocking out the sunlight. These curtains were worth the wait!

I was very disappointed once we got these panels hung. One of the panels only measures 95" so they don't hang evenly. The other panel has missed stiching for about 4' on part of the ribbon. The 2 rows of ribbon are also slightly different shades of pink. We have a double window in the nursery. Since these curtains are only 44" wide (standard is 54") they barely cover the entire window.
I have ironed both panels twice and steamed them 3 times in about a week and they are still terribly wrinkled. For the price I would not buy them again.
