Lovely frame,except

I was very excited to get my gallery wall frame,but was very disappointed when I opened a box with a damaged frame. What was so disappointing was that,yes,the frame is a fragile item to ship,but the box itself was not damaged,leading me to suspect that the frame was damaged before it was packaged. PBK may need to look into their quality control practices. I have always been a fan of Pottery Barn's customer service. I was very pleased with the quick response from PBK. I look forward to my new frame.

I ordered these frames for an 8x10 holiday photo. They are beyond stunning. Upon receiving them and opening them I instantly noticed the sleek, and defining quality of the simple frame. They always say less is more and that is definitely the case with this frame!

I purchased 9 of them for a collage for my sons nursery. I experienced some difficulty hanging them on the wall as the hardware/hook on the back of these frames would not stay up and it would not grip on to the nail on the wall as easily. However, once on they look great!

Perfect addition to the Hannan Ribbon Quilt Ballerina. I matched the espresso frames to the Madeline Bed and it brings out the brown in the quilt! My husband loves my little girls room. Highly recommended. Probably going to get Espresso Sabrina basket with pink liner to match the frames and put inside Madeline Nightstand. I love PBK! Thank you for making my daughters' rooms SPECIAL!

These frames are beautiful. I would have to spend well over 100.00 to have frames and mats made for these pics. They match the furniture (from pbk) in my sons room perfectly and give it a great finished look. :)

Beautiful Frames and Price

I purchased this frame and a honey colored one for our 20x30 family photo to hang above our fireplace. The frame is a medium weight, the wood is smooth and stained beautifully, and the glass is not too heavy. The frames were shipped nicely and arrived within a week. We plan to display the dark frame in the winter and the honey frame in the summer above our mantel. You cannot buy or customize a frame this nice for this price! Love, Love!

18x18 frame only wall mountable

I have these frames in a number of sizes and love them. However, beware that the 18x18 size does not have a stand/leg so you can put these on a surface. You can only wall mount the 18x18 frame.
