good quality

The sheets were thicker than I expected and held up nicely after washing. The colors are vibrant, so our son really enjoys the images. I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because I was hoping it would be a little bit softer.

My Son loves his new Starwars sheets! They wash very well and the fitted sheet has nice deep pockets so it is snug to the mattress. I bought them as a surprise for his first day of kindergarten. He was so excited! Highly recommend them!

My son LOVES his new sheets, and I love them too! I was a little concerned about the price but the quality of the sheets are worth every penny and they look amazing on his bed!

Hi. I just wanted to give my two cents on the "the sheets are printed upside down" issue. If you make your bed properly (just like in the catalog), these sheets are just right. I have the super hero sheets and they are perfect. Look up how to make your bed and you'll realize that you have the proper product. I've always been incredibly satisfied with PB sheets! I'm ordering more very soon!

Print backwards?

My son has one set of PB Star Wars sheets and I just ordered these to have as a 2nd set. For those who think the print is backward, it's not to me (who was taught how to make the bed by my grandma - they know everything, right?). On our beds, the flat sheet is placed on the bed print side down (but with the band still at the top). That way, when you turn down the bed for guests, the print is visible. My other set of Star Wars sheets would have been considered "backward," but that never crossed my mind, because to me, they were exactly right. :)

These sheets are soft and a MUST for any Star Wars fan. For those people who think the top sheet is upside down, it's not. I thought the same thing until I got into bed and looked down, then they were right side up. :-)

Top sheet printed upside down!

These are nice, look great on the bed, and it's great to be able to find a print like this for a queen sized mattress. However, I had the same problem as others have had. I ordered two sets (this set and the blue Star Wars set) and the top sheet was printed upside down on both. If you have the wide hem at the top of the bed like normal, all of the writing and pictures are upside down. For sheets this pricey, I think this is really not acceptable. While I'm awaiting a replacement set (great customer service as usual) I'm worried they'll be the same. Was talking to a friend who bought these sheets two years ago, and hers are upside down too!

I loved the sheets for my 6 year old son who is obsessed with Star Wars. The print is very unique and great quality. The only con is that I expected less wrinkiling and more softness when they were fresh out of the dryer, otherwise overall a good product.

Love the sheets but beware

Just received full size Empire Strikes Back sheets. I really love them. This is the second time I've ordered them. Two years ago, I purchased them in twin size. Well, the same thing happened has happened twice. On both sets, the flat sheet is printed backwards. I just got off the phone w/ customer service to exchange them. PB has a problem w/ these sheets being printed the wrong way. Otherwise, they wear great and the white has stayed white on them. Stains easily come out. DS loves these sheets.

love the vintage Star Wars print

I bought these for my son who happens to have a queen size bed. Queen sheet sets in a child print are hard to come by. I love the Star Wars prints, and so does he. Even though he has a "big boy bed" his sheets remind me he is a little kid!

Bought These for My Husband!

My husband is in the US Navy and in his ship's birthing all of the guys have kids sheets on their beds. My husband is a huge HUGE Star Wars fan so when he was out to sea for his birthday I had one of his sailor's surprise him by sheeting his bed with these beauties. These sheets helped make my husband's birthday away a special day and he really loves them. They are much softer then any other regular kids sheet on the market and after the first wash still looked brand new. No pilling or the like. Keep up the good work PBK! And PLEASE think about making a Star Wars Nursery set! I, and many others, would truly love that!

These are so soft (unlike all other Star Wars sheeting on the market.) These sheets are expensive so it was hard to pay this much but they are SO worth it. Other than when they are in the laundry, my son will probably sleep on these nearly every night for the next few years. The last set of PBK sheets I bought was about 5 years ago and they still look brand new, so I know these will last for years to come. I absolutely love them & of course my son (and husband) do too!! Well worth the money.

I bought these sheets for my son's 6th birthday. He was super excited to get them...even hugged the package after opening.
I looked at other Star Wars sheets sets on the web. Most were less expensive, but they LOOKED less expensive and after reading reviews it seemed they were very scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep on.
The PB Star Wars sheets are great quality. They feel soft and the main characters are represented in the design. My favorite thing about them is that they are tasteful colors and coordinate nicely with my son's current train theme.
We are very happy with this purchase and plan on buying more of the ensemble for Christmas.

Bought the Star Wars sheets for my 5 yr old's "new" room. He absolutely loved the classic Star Wars characters! He was particularly happy they had Darth Vader and Boba Fett! Quality and color are great! Would definitely buy again!

Must have for any Star Wars Lover

I got these for my 3 year olds room. I was so pleased with the Batman and other SW sheets that I had to get these. They are amazing!! They do not fade even after being washed several times. You do need to pull them out of the dryer immediately or they do wrinkle. However, they are super soft and snuggly. Definitely worth the price. Have not yet lost the shape so I am loving them more and more as they are used. Colors are very bright and definitely keep my son's attention.

2nd choice-bought only pillowcases

I have been looking everywhere for Star Wars: A New Hope bedding for my 5yr old nephew but they all involve characters holding guns. I had to choose the Empire Strikes Back over the Stars Wars pillowcases because the pillowcases do not involve anyone holding guns.
If the Star Wars bedding didn't have Princess Leia and Hans Solo holding guns I would have bought the entire bedding set.

I would give the sheets five stars for quality and zero stars for having the top sheet upside down.

I like the quality of the sheets however, the top sheet is upside down. We look at the bed during the day standing up. At night we are sleeping in the dark with the lights off and don't see the design.

These sheets are great. Thick, soft, and sturdy. They fit great on oversized mattresses too. The quality is truly amazing. My son has very sensitive skin and I only buy Pottery Barn Kids sheets since I know they will not irritate his skin. Thank you!!
