As sweet as can be, our cupcake costume is sewn of soft felt and slips over your child's clothes to ensure absolute comfort during all the festivities. Sizes 12-24 months, 2T-3T, and 4-6 years. Very cute

My 13 month old looked very yummy in this costume. She seemed comfortable and was able to move and walk around in it. It was hard for her to eat a snack and drink from a sippy cup though, but that was ok. I also wish it included a headpiece adapted for this age group, perhaps a strawberry beret like the pumpkin costume.
