Flimsy mattress

I bought this mattress for my four year old boy's full size bottom bunk bed. I am going to try to return it as it is incredibly flimsy and I feel like I sink into it when I lay on it and he does as well. I purchased the pillow top mattress for my daughter, also four, at the same time (for the fillmore full size bed and without a box spring), and I love that mattress. I am going to replace this bunk mattress with the pillow top and hopefully it will be fine with a bunk bed even though it is 3.5 inches higher.

Serves its purpose

I purchased this mattress for my boys first bunk bed. I am satisfied with the mattress. My son (5) seems happy with it. My only issue is that when making the bunk bed purchase over the phone, I was told that I HAD to buy this mattress. I never purchased a bunk bed before, but it seemed strange that I had to purchase the mattress along with the bed. Maybe I misunderstood her, but I would have purchased the top mattress from another store where I could compare. I guess some purchases I like to make in person. I gave it 3 stars because its not great, but it is not bad. As long as my son sleeps well on the mattress, I am happy.

The Classic Bunk mattress is just
ok, nothing special. I also bought the Classic Plush mattress which is much better for comfort and fit. I would not use the bunk mattress for my children, maybe under the trundle for very limited use, but certainly not for everyday use.
