Great quality and looks great. Only complaint is the trundle doesn't hold a regular size mattress. We had to return the mattress we bought and get a one with a thinner width.

The best toddler bed!

I am so happy with this bed and my 2 year old loves it. It is the perfect size for him to transition from his crib. It is classic pb quality and since I got it on sale it was a great price. So happy with my purchase!

Thrilled with this bed

We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of this bed. We just moved our 2.5 yr old up to a big boy bed and this exceeds our expectations. I was attempting to find a bed that looked similar to big brother's bed (not PBK) and this looks very similar. The only thing that seemed a little different from the online pic was the color seemed a little darker in person than online (very dark wood) but I still love it and it looks great in my son's room. It will definitely grow with him and last a long time. Yay!

Love the look of these beds for my 5 1/2 and 4 year old boys! And they were very easy to put together. Getting the Catalina drawer chest to go with them so hoping to be just as happy.

Perfect bed after crib

We purchased this bed for our two year old son to transition him from his crib. We chose not to get the box springs, and as a result, it sits lower to the floor and is the perfect height for him. We also bought the full size bed, and it looks great in his room. Very nice quality!

I love this bed. I bought it for my 4 yr old grandson. This is a bed he can grow into and not grow out of! This is very high quality for such a reasonable price. I plan to more of the other items that go with the Catalina Cottage suite, The shipping was great also!

We purchased 2 Catalina beds and 1 dresser for our boys, ages 5 & 8. Awesome beds for such a low price. It is hard to find nice looking kids' furniture that is good quality at such an affordable price!! I really wanted the Thomas beds, but couldn't justify paying double the price. The hardest part about setting up the beds was removing them from the packaging. Took me about an hour (by myself) to unpack both beds and dresser. Assembly for the beds was extremely easy (about 15 minutes per bed without any help from a man!) I definitely recommend an electric screwdriver or drill. 2 beds equals 64 screws which would have taken forever with just a screwdriver. We do not have bedskirts, so we opted for the higher setting, and did not use our box springs, which allows the wooden rails on the side of the bed to show. Overall, the beds are an excellent value, and I see no need to spend double the price on beds that the boys' will probably be hard on and possibly outgrow when they are teenagers.

Catalina Cottage Bed - boys

I recently purchased a floor model Catalina Cottage Twin Bed in sun valley expresso for my 3 year old son. This bed is wonderful! It was easily put together, the quality is fantastic, and it really makes his bedroom look complete. Plus, I got it at a great price. I would highly recommend this bed for any child!

Catalina Beds for the Boys

I purchased two Catalina beds for my 3 and 5 year old boys. They are great beds, solid constructions, easy to put together. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid starter bed for the kids. We looked all over and have ordered furniture from JC Penny, but the quality just wasn’t what you get from Pottery Barn.

Great product, too much trash and packaging

My family loves Pottery Barn furniture, this bed is an example. Sturdy, good size, impeccable finish. However, we always think twice before ordering an item because the amount of trash unpackaging each item is unbelievable! Tons of styro, plastic, trash... I know furniture should arrive in perfect state but I do hope a 'greener' option can be thought of.

I love this bed. It is perfect for my daughter's bedroom. It was delivered fast and it was very easy to put together. I would recommend this bed to everyone my daughter is 11 years old and she loves it too. The price is very reasonable.

Sturdy and cute

I bought this bed for my son. It looks really cute in his room and is really sturdy. It is his first "real" bed and I imagine it will last. I went ahead with the service where they bring it in and it is all set up for you... Great! Speedy. They came when they said they would and it took about 10 minutes and it was all set!

For my son's nursery, I had purchased the catalina dresser in expresso and used the top as changing table. I bought the white catalina beds for my daughters and loved the construction so much that I bought this bed for my son. Fits perfectly in his room and I already know the beds are built to last as I have had the previous ones for three years and they look new. Very easy to set up!

Solid bed and Very Pretty

This is the second bed I've purchased from Pottery Barn and have been impressed both times. It's solid and sturdy. I really like the slat system in these beds compared to the 3 or 4 slats you get from other companies. And the delivery is always smooth with the product being in perfect condition. I do wish the shipping costs were less, my total is always 30% higher when I'm done with the purchase.
