Horrible Experience

The quality of the chair that was delivered is the worst that I have ever seen. I purchased the table and chair from the store as a x-mas gift and then made an online purchase of a second chair from your web site. 1. The color of the chair does not match.
2. The quality of the wood is horrible. Extreme raised wood grain streaks.
3. Stain/ finish not painted evenly.

You would never believe this came from The Pottery Barn!!!
