Cameron Creativity Storage System with Art Cubbies
Streamlined forms and a vast array of components allow this well-made collection to organize it all - beautifully. 87" wide x 21" deep x 64.5" high Expertly crafted to endure over time. Lower half keeps books and toys at a child's height for easy accessibility. Upper half is perfect for storing art projects that require adult supervision. Each Art Cubby features three long, flat storage shelves designed for our small or large flat Cameron Storage Boxes (sold separately). Lower two Art Cubby shelves are removable. Open cubbies accommodate medium or large Sabrina Baskets, boxes or buckets (sold separately). Cabinet doors are available with wood, corkboard or chalkboard inlays for doodles, drawings or reminders (chalk not included). Our exclusive finishes are applied by hand for exceptional richness, durability and depth of color. Wood swatches, below, are available for $20 each. great product

I have 3 kids, twin 2 year olds and a 10 month old. I ordered this product to help organize and store toys in their playroom. it is a great unit. after reading some of the reviews and confirming with PB customer service that they do not sell a basket/box deep enough for the base cubby, i ended up ordering the draws instead. the draws are a little more expensive, but when you facture in the cost of the baskets, it ends up being the same. It took 2 adults 2 hours to put this together and i have more than enough room for all the toys.

Great Playroom Organizer

I love the quality of the shelves! Although it came in tons of pieces, assembling each shelf was fairly easy. I did it all by myself with two toddlers running around while I built. My kids are excited to organize their toys and books onto their new playroom shelves!

Great storage, quality built!

Purchased this storage system for storing my daughter's artwork and projects plus craft supplies and have been amazed by how much storage it has. Plan to store games and puzzles in the bottom three base cabinets, they are nice and deep and will be perfect for my daughter to access them whenever she wants.

Great piece of furniture!

We ordered this piece because we needed somewhere to put all the toys our two little girls have collected over the years. We ordered it in Sun Valley Expresso. The Cameron Creativity Storage System is top notch. It's real wood and the finish is beautilful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large storage system with a great look. My only disappointment is that Pottery Barn doesn't make a box or basket that has the optimal dimensions to fit in the base unit. However, upon doing a little research, I found that Rubbermaid's Bento Box in Extra-Large is the perfect fit for the base. You can fit 2 in each base.

I purchased the Cameron wall system for my daughters playroom and I purchased the Sabrina baskets to go with it as pictured in almost all of the models of this system. Overall the system looks great and provides good storage. However, After only a few times of taking the baskets out of the cubbies to play with toys the wood on the shelves is all scratched. I was very disappointed. If you are going to advertise the baskets in this system there should be a mention that they can scratch the wood easily.

Great storage but smells

My husband put it together. Wasn't super hard but wasn't easy either. My girls' room looks a lot neater so it obviously did the trick. The only real negative is the smell. We've had it now for over a week and though the smell has lessened, you can definitely still smell the paint.

Cheap furniture

Don't waste your money!! This furniture is poorly made. The pieces are easy to assemble but do not stay together and I am VERY handy!!

We bought two of these storage units in December 2009 for our son's playroom (the base with drawer, cabinet, and one cubby system and one art storage system). It's held up for the past two years without issue. He is 2.5 years old and is not an easy kid... he slams the doors and occasionally climbs the cabinets, has banged metal and wood trains on the finish. We have it attached to the wall as recommended by the manufacturer. Easy to assemble. This set has been indispensable. We use a Magic Eraser to clean it. My only complaint would be that some of the white finish has 'chipped' at the corners and edges, but as I said, my son tends to abuse things - but it's something I can fix with touch up paint if it gets really bad.

I have had the Cameron Creativity Storage System with Art Cubbies in Expresso for about 5 years now. It looks (almost) as good as the day I bought it. Be sure to buy the PBK touch up pen to color in the marks if you get any chips in the paint. My husband and I put it together and it took a couple of hours. I found plastic bins (you stack two on top of each other per cubbie) at the Container Store, took a picture of what toys I placed inside, laminated it, and attached it to the tub with velcro. I love the idea of using PBK's baskets and having a monogrammed liner of what is inside, but what is inside changes over the years and the liners are expensive. My daughters love pulling our their art boxes and looking at what they have made over the years. Love them!!

The wall system is very good quality and looks great in our family room; however, we still are not able to use ours because we are waiting on a part necessary to put it all together. The product said that all items were checked well before sent. We ordered the system in Espresso and in one box, they sent us a cubby in the Honey color when it should have been a base in Espresso. We're looking forward to putting the rest of our system together with the correct part and color. Make sure to check your boxes!

So far, We love the set. It is beautiful. This finish has a bit of a cherry look to it. I was expecting a darker brown or true espresso finish. But it still looks great with our other dark wood. I have wanted to order it for a long time, so finally decided to purchase it when it was on Sale. It was so easy to put together. I could have done it by myself, but having a second pair of hands made it go quicker. Took about two hours start to finish. My only complaint is I can't find baskets/bins anywhere to fit the cubbies the way I want. So I guess I'll be ordering the ones from PB. They just seem expensive so I was hoping to find some somewhere else. It is smaller than I expected, but still works well. I may purchase a fourth row to add to it so that it will cover the wall better.

Not white, but yellowish!

I got the white cabinets and cubbies. They are not white but a aged yellow look (like the color of aged white plastic). I very disappointed to see that it doesn't match the white color of other pottery barn kids furniture I have bought.
Also the doors are warped and don't close flat.
It is easy to put together, and the box (not doors though) seem sturdy enough.

Beautiful Quality Storage System!

This is a really nice feature to my girls' new playroom! Excellent quality, very attractive and easy to put together. This is not a bright white but more of a cream/off white color which worked out for me because the other pieces of furniture in their playroom match perfectly. Love this and will definitely buy from again!!!

My husband and I purchased this for our children's playroom after a LOT of research. At first I thought it seemed expensive...but when I compared other brands I came to the conclusion that I honestly got more bang for my buck with this system. After we received it we were a little worried about the assembly...but it was SUPER easy! We were also VERY impressed with the quality of the piece. It is very sturdy. I would recommend this storage system to anyone...we LOVE it!

I am overall very happy with this unit. I bought it for my baby's nursery and am very excited about all the extra storage. Putting it together took me about five hours start to finish... I should have just hired someone to do it. Oh well - Live and learn.

Great storage system!

I just purchased this storage system and I love it! I debated a while about the purchase because it is a lot of money to spend, but I am very pleased and know that I will get many many years of use out of this. My daughters are 18 months and 3 years old and it is so nice to have a place to store all their toys. I had a hard time deciding between the finishes and in the end I decided on the espresso. It looks a little darker than it looked in the store but it really looks nice in my playroom. The pieces come well packaged and not a single piece was damaged. It took me about a day to put all 9 pieces together with minimal help from my husband.

This storage system functions as I thought it would...very well. However, it is not white as indicated in the description. It is closer to 'cream' or 'antique white'...we have it against a white wall and it looks light yellow. Also, some pieces were chipped in the corners but it was too much trouble to exchange them so we'll just live with it.

Amazing Storage for the Playroom

I bought this unit after debating about it for nearly 4 yrs. I wish I had bought it sooner. It is beautiful and well made. I put the unit together by myself and had no trouble. I did have my husband carry the cubbies upstairs to the playroom. My youngest son did make one or two chips from banging toys, but it is painted wood & expected. No regrets!

Perfect Wall Storage System

This is the best purchase we made for the kids playroom! Tons of storage to keep all the toys, games, and "stuff" well organized in a beautiful unit. We've received tons of compliments on the unit, but more importantly our twin 2 year old sons and our 6 year old daughter can all reach their toys and books.
The only negative is that it comes in 9 large, heavy boxes. We had a slight issue with only receiving 7 boxes, but the fantastic customer service took care of the issue promptly and effectively.
Assembly is very easy and took less than an hour. Clean up of all the boxes and pacakging took another hour. : )
We originally thought the price was a little high, but the quality and the asthetics support it. I would buy this unit again in an instant!

Cameron Storage Espresso

We waited a long time for this purchase because of its steep cost. We have the 2 drawer base and 2 cubbies in espresso. Almost immediately I appreciated its beauty in the room. The craftsman ship is thoughtful. The base drawers are spacious and the cubbies offer enough space for toys and display. Our son is 5 yrs old and he loves to play with his legos in one of the cubbies. So proud to have this in our home.
