Kingston Plaid Quilted Bedding
Our Kingston Quilt features channel stitching for lasting style and subtle texture. Crafted of cotton in a bold solid red, it reverses to yarn-dyed plaid cotton twill. Woven of pure cotton. Channel quilted with lofty polyester fill. Red reverses to a navy and red plaid cotton twill. Shams can be personalized with a name for $7.00 more or can be appliqued with red/navy coordinating plaid; personalization is included. Pre-washed for added softness. Quilted sham has a tie closure. Quilt, sham and insert sold separately. Machine wash. Catalog / Internet only.

monogramed pillow

About a year ago I purchased a monogramed madras dino pillow for my first son. It came out great. Since I was so impressed I purchased one for my 2nd son but was very disappointed. The letter R was crooked and the stitching was supposed to be navy blue but you could see white. Lastly the stitching was frayed. I called customer service and they sent me a new one. It was much better then the first but the same issue occurred. Very disappointed.

Quality Quilt

I've been searching for a solid red quilt for my 3 year old's room. Was so excited to find this one at a very reasonable price. The red is just striking and the navy plaid on the other side accents the room and matching shams that we had personalized. This is a quilt I can see him using into his teenage years. Great buy from a great company.

Great transitional bedding

We got this quilt about a month ago and have been very pleased. Love the tick-stitching around the edge, color is vibrant, and feels very soft. My only concern is washing such a vibrant red if it will bleed or fade on to the white background plaid. Haven't washed it yet so I don't know! My son is 5 and wanted something that looked like a big boy, but I can't imagine any age that this look wouldn't work- my 10 year old son would have been happy with it too! Great quality, solid stitching, an overall great buy.

love the plaid

actually, i believe the previous review is wrong. mine does reverse to the plaid. The are 2 different quilts: the solid 1 side, plaid on other; and the solid 1 color both sides. I purchased mine at the store and she special ordered the plaid reverse for me

It is stated that the red quilted bedding reverses to a plaid cotton twill. However, this is not true with the bedspreads. Possibly, the shams reverse to the plaid, but the bedspreads do not. If you want the bed to look like the one in the picture, you need to buy a duvet cover to put under the quilted bedspread.
