Colton Blue Lunch Bag
Pack up a power lunch with this hi-tech insulated bag designed to keep food fresh and drinks cool. Sewn of durable ripstop polyester with padded handles, it has a zip-up opening and additional compartments for flatware and napkins. 8" wide x 4.5" deep x 9.5" high Made of durable, water-resistant ripstop polyester. Continuous Issues...

I ordered the Colton Lunch bag and had it personalized with my son's name and added a soccer ball patch. The first bag that arrived had my son's name totally off-center and slanted. Upon contacting Pottery Barn Kids, customer service told me that they would send a new bag and that I could send back the original.
About a week later, I received my replacement bag. Unfortunately, this time, the bag has different issues. The patch is not entirely secured to the bag and is hanging off. Additionally, the patch was placed over the stitching around the top zipper. There are also defects in the stitching of my son's name.
I have third bag currently being issued, but my confidence in Pottery Barn's quality control is definitely low. I am astounded at the lack of regard for quality control from a company that is supposed to be so good and charges such high prices for their merchandise. Based on my experience, I will be very hesitant of ordering from Pottery Barn in the future.

I ordered two of these...one blue and one lime green for my two sons. They are really cute and I love the designs that you can choose to put on them...my only comment would be to have them bigger. The bag arrived smaller in size than I had expected.
