Batman(TM) Backpacks
Super Heroes need gear that's durable, tough and always ready to go - just like they are. Made from rugged, water-resistant 600-denier polyester. Small backpack holds a lunch bag, 2 small notebooks, 2 books, and a water bottle. Large and Rolling hold a lunch bag, 1 large notebook, 2 small notebooks, several books, and a water bottle. Rolling backpack features sturdy wheels and straps that can be stored behind a fabric panel when used as a rolling backpack. Small, Large, and Rolling backpacks feature an MP3 player pocket cutout for headphone cords. All backpacks have adjustable straps that are contoured and padded to ensure a comfortable fit; padded back panel adds extra cushioning. Exterior straps hold a lunch bag (sold separately) securely in place. Exterior side pockets are designed to hold our Klean Kanteen water bottles (sold separately). Personalization is available for an additional $7.00.

Great bag

Since my son is now 2 i dont need to carry a huge diaper bag and this back pack does the job! Just the right size to throw in a few diapers, wipes, change of clothes, sippy, and even the ipad! Very boyish looking... have gotten many compliments because of the monogram. I truly recommend it!

Attractive, sturdy backpack

When we received this backpack, the front, top clasp was stuck and I was afraid I would have to return it, but it worked out with some use. It is a nice looking backpack with plenty of room for a lunch pack, water bottle, folder and some room left over. It appears sturdy but my son has only been using it for the last two weeks. He loves the batman theme and having his name on it!

Backpacks for my grandson

I have bought all of my grandson's Pottery Barn backpacks. So my 4 year old grandson loves batman. I haven't given it to him yet but he is going to love it. I was just a little bummed out that is was on sale for 30% off after I recieved it. I also ordered the lunchbox.

This item is really nice. I love the fact we can customize the item(s) with our children's name & the size of bag to fit the different heights.

Batman small backpack purchased for Grandson

Product is well built. Bought it at the sale price. Well worth the money. Now wish I would of bought the large one also, cause its now discontinued. If it is ever brought back will defiantly purchase it so I will have a complete set for my grandson. Embroidery was well done also.

Great gift for a Batman lover

I bought the small backpack for my 2 1/2 year old and it is the perfect size for him. He is a taller 2 1/2 year old, so I decided against the one for preschool age. The snark backpack is the perfect size for 2 1/2 to 5. My son loves taking his backpack to his grandparents when he stays overnight.

Love this backpack!

My son has used this backpack everyday for the past 1 1/2 years of school. The size is perfect. He is a small 6 year old. It holds all of his school items perfectly. He loves this backpack and it has slight wear after all of this time. We just purchased the blue camo backpack. Will use these in the future!

Falling apart. DON'T BUY IT

I purchased this back for my kid as a weekend backpack in September 2012. only to be used for going to the zoo and museum. well now it is December and backpack was only used about a dozen times. the straps are coming apart. seems and stitches are coming apart. I paid $60 for it in Canada thinking pottery barn backpacks would last a few years but this is not the case.
the backpack i got for $10 from other store has lasted us over 3 years. i will not be buying anymore backpacks from Pottery Barn going forward.

These things fall apart!

I bought 2 of these backpacks at the start of last year for preschool and they started falling apart the first month, both of them. Now, 18 months later I am having to throw them away. They both have huge holes and are completely unraveling in multiple spots. Buckles have also ripped off. We are ordering packs elsewhere now. Bummed, I really wanted to like these. They were so cute.

Very poor quality

We bought my son a this batman backpack, he has used it for two months and the straps are coming in stitched and the bag is letting go in a seam. He is in kindergarten and carries a lunch box and one folder to school. Not worth the money.

My son got his batman backpack in sep. His Aunt send as a gift from New york. His words "best backpack ever"I Love the material and quality. its comfortable Lil expezy but worth it. looking forward may they add Princess cuz my lil one wants only princess stuff :)

Such great quality!! and the best part is that it's batman -- my son loves his new backpack. A little pricey but the quality is top notch and I'm hoping will last a couple years

I believed that PB kids would have better quality products. My kids used these backpacks for about a month (from August 21st, 2012 to September 25th, 2012) - about a month and they are in 4th and 2nd grades; they carry a couple of plastic folder which are their homework folder not heavy stuff.
My older son has the spiderman backpack and the bottom lunch strap was literally stuck together with glue. The glue just fell apart, and the clasp has fallen off.
My younger son has the batman one, and at the handle on the top, the cloth is ripping from the seams.
