What happened to the quality?

I ordered one of these treat bags for my daughter because I have the skeleton one for my son (ordered 2 years ago). My son's bag was personalized and is fabulous quality. It is made from thick felt and is very sturdy. I like pottery barn because they have consistent styles each year. So, I ordered one of these for my new baby girl. It's a major fail. The personalization is much smaller. The felt is thinner and flimsy all over. If I put any significant amount of candy in it, I'm certain the thread would rip right out. I can't believe I paid $25 for it and can't return it because it was personalized. I will really have to think twice before ordering anything else. Very disappointed.
