Not worth the money

I would not recommend buying this bracelet. I have always loved everything I have gotten from PBK, and was expecting the same this time. The first one I received had dents and scratches on the face of the bracelet. Customer service was great and arranged to replace it. The second one I got had the letter offcentered towards the left and the back inscription was upside down and sloppy. Once again customer service was great, and I received a replacement. The third one I got the letter is off centered to the right. I gave up and now have a bracelet I am still not proud to give to my goddaughter.

I purchased this for my 7 month old Granddaugher. It is a little big for her but is a beautiful gift she'll be able to wear when she gets a little bigger.
