Bad Design, Can't Use

Nice looking storage, but the overall unit is too short for our doors. I cannot reach the top two bins because they are too high up for me. Also, the metal hangers are too thick and too short as well. My door will not shut with the metal hangers in place. Overall disappointed and cannot use.
