Nice but can't get past the smell

I really like the size of this beanbag and the color options but I absolutely cannot get past the smell!!! Think great grandmas musty smelly house! I have aired it out but everytime I walk into my girls room I can smell it! I bought one cover in pink and one in black with white polka dots. The pink is holding up fine but the black looks very worn and linty and a bit faded and we havent had it for long-wish the dark color had a mix of synthetic fabric to keep it crisper looking.

My kids LOVE these! The play vlideo games and watch tv in them. The also curl up with a good book. They're comfoy and easy to move grom room to room.
I love the covet because if they spill I throw it in the wash and it looks like new! My kids adore them.

the cover is great - exactly as described. the filling does not feel like a beanbag - it feels like chopped up plastic foam. the beanbag does not squish and mold to one's shape. it is more like a lumpy, uncomfortable pillow. i wish i could refill it with proper beans!

Anywhere Bean Bag Chair

I purchased this bean bag chair for my grand-daughter in light pink with green thread for the personalization. It's beautiful. I was pleased with the fabric and the fullness of the chair. The lock on the zipper is a great safety feature. I know she will enjoy it for years to come. Thank-you Pottery Barn.

Slipcover great! Insert needs work.

Love the slipcover but the bean bag insert is too large. I had to remove stuffing so my son could sit in it and not perch on top of it. The insert is also square which I found odd for a round bean bag. The insert shape made it difficult to stuff inside the slipcover. While I love being able to remove slipcover, I hope it doesn't get dirty soon!

The cover is the prettiest pink and the embroidery in white turned out beautifully. Nice addition to my daughter's room. My only complaint is that the insert has a strong plastic smell that does not seem healthy. I will let it air outside a while before bringing it back into my toddler's room and hope it vents properly.

The best beanbag chair ever

Our daughter is 8 years old and received it for Christmas. She loves it and has told us everyday since Christmas morning that it was her favorite gift! The oversized beanbag chair gives her room to grow and will hopefully last through the teenage years. We had it embroidered, the quality is great!
