Disappointing

I had been looking for a keepsake necklace that could be personalized with my child's name and birth date, but was disappointed with this. I read the dimensions and expected it to be more delicate, but the charms are actually slightly wider than stated and to me look clunky and unrefined. My child's name is not centered on the square charm. When it hangs you can't really see much of the date behind it. We paid for gift wrapping but it just arrived in a pottery barn box without wrapping. I have generally been very happy with PBK purchases, but this was a disappointing experience.
