Discolored and thin

This robe came today and I was disappointed at the quality. It looks nice and plush in the picture, but when arrived was thinner than expected and the nap was flat. This may be fixed with a wash, however it was also discolored. I ordered the zebra print for my son and the white stripes have pink all over them. I had my husband look at it also to make sure I wasn't seeing things, and he agreed. It looks like it was washed with something red... the stripes are pink and white! Sadly, they are out of stock online so I can't get a replacement (I had it personalized and they were more than willing to exchange for a different robe, but the other two looked a bit girly for my son). Overall disappointed. I ordered this to match the throw and towel in the zebra print, and the texture and nap is not the same at all!

We ordered the small for my 3 year old. It fits perfect with some room to grow. It's so soft and cozy for those cold winter mornings!
