Abigail Medium Jewelry Box
Carved with delicate details on the outside, this charming jewelry box opens to reveal a mirror and a dainty fairy ballerina with sparkles and wings. 7.5" wide x 5.5" deep x 3.5" high Crafted of wood with a painted pink or white finish. Features a mirror and a ballerina twirling to the theme from Swan Lake. Lined with a flocked fabric ideal for storing delicate items. Comes with a light skinned and a dark skinned fairy ballerina. Detailed with faux crystal drawer pulls and magnetic lid closure. Personalization is available for an additional $7.00.

I was looking for a music box for my 5-year-old daughter. While I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it, I also wanted to know that it would last until her early teens -- maybe longer. Most of the music boxes I found (for not much less than this one) were so cheaply made -- with cardboard and stickers and barely any room for jewelry. This box is so pretty. Simple but all she needs. She loves the two ballerinas. The inside is a nice size for her "nice rings" and necklaces. She will definitely use this for years. It is exactly what I was looking for!

I purchased this jewelry box for a friend's daughter who was turning 2 years old. I thought it would be a nice alternative to a toy since she has everything and she can grow into this. I loved the jewelry box but the personalization seemed like a sticker. It looks cute, I'm just wondering how long it will hold up before it begins to chip or peel off??

i would not hesitate to give this jewelry box a 5 if the monogram was paint instead of stick on letters. i was hoping for a jewelry box that my granddaughter would enjoy for many years....i feel the name will be scratched and worn in a very short time.
I am disappointed.

I ordered this music box for a special person. I had high hopes but the quality is just not there. I have seen ones like it at discount store for far a better price. I ordered the white one but it is definitely not white! Not even a pretty antique white. It is a very yellow white and you can see the paint strokes. The inside lining was coming off in a corner. And the personalization is just a sticker versus paint (I could have done that). I did like the key with the tassel but not worth the price for just that detail : (

Adorable Jewelry Box

My 3 year old daughter LOVES this beautiful jewelry box and the ballerina inside! She opens it every day and listens to the music, then gently closes the top and we put it back up on her dresser. She is so proud to have a "big girl" jewelry box, just like momma's!

My First Jewelry Box

The jewelry box is PERFECT ! It is beautiful and quality made. Shipping delivery date was what I was told. It arrived on time.
It was purchased for a 4 year old. She did like the revolving ballerina and playing with the key to lock and un-lock the jewelry box. It is very nice and if I had it to do over however, I think this type of a gift should be saved for a girl that is a bit older, maybe between the age of 6 to 10. It is a beautiful piece which should be cared for and I think an older child would understand that better than a 4 year old.

I bought this jewelry box for my daughter as her first jewelry box and I am absolutely happy with my purchase! It comes with a light skinned and dark skinned ballerina and the box is wonderfully made! I did not buy it monogrammed just because I read the other reviews and I didn't want the sticker look on it.

Abigail Meduim Jewelry Box.
The jewelry box was dirty when I received it. Also I had it personalized and I felt that the personalization looked very cheap. I assumed that with pottery barn quality it would have looked a lot better. It looked like someone just put some stickers on the box. I would not have personalized if I would have known that is what it would look it; it was not worth the money.

Perfect reminder of times past

I ordered two of these for my girls and they arrived today. They are exactly what I was looking for. A sweet reminder of the treasured jewelry box as had as a little girl. Excellent quality. I only wish I had ordered the larger size. This size is fine for them now but as they grow into teens they may need something bigger. I hope they will treasure these boxes for years to come. Definitely worth the price!

Great for young girls

I bought two of these for my nieces and they are adorable and the right size for them (6 and 3). I thought the monogram would be painted on, but it is adhesive so I'm not so sure how durable it is. I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually peel it off.

Keepsake Jewelry Box

This is a beautiful jewelry box. Excellent quality and my 3-year old LOVES it! It was her favorite gift she got for her birthday. It's a real keepsake that I know she'll treasure for years. I ordered it personalized. I thought her name would be stenciled on there and was a little disappointed that it was actually stickers. I could have done that myself and $10 was just way too much to pay for that.
